1. Services

OBX Home Services provides home repair and maintenance services on Hatteras Island, NC. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a mutually agreed scope of work. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by OBX Home Services are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with work. Our standard rate is $85–$100 per hour depending on the service type.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed via SMS or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (252) 581-8325 or hello@obxservicepro.com. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. SMS Communications

By contacting OBX Home Services via our website, phone, or text, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid invoices may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Warranty

OBX Home Services warrants labor for 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, misuse, or conditions outside our control. Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials apply where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

OBX Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or failure to perform services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Property Access

By scheduling a service, you confirm that you have the authority to grant OBX Home Services access to the property. For vacation rental or investment properties, it is your responsibility to coordinate access with property managers or owners.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dare County, NC.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
