Scheduled Inspections
We walk your property on a set schedule — exterior, systems, and interior touchpoints — and send you a photo report each time.
Priority Scheduling
Guardian clients go to the front of the line. When a guest reports a broken lock at 9am and you need it fixed before 3pm check-in, we move.
Storm Prep & Recovery
Higher tiers include pre-storm prep visits and post-storm assessments. When a storm hits, you hear from us before you have to ask.

Is this month-to-month or a long-term contract?+
Month-to-month. No annual commitment required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
What exactly happens during a property inspection?+
We walk the full exterior and interior, checking for storm damage, water intrusion, broken hardware, pest indicators, HVAC filters, and general wear. You receive a photo report after every visit so you know exactly what we found.
What if you find something that needs repair?+
We'll contact you immediately with photos, a description, and a repair estimate before touching anything. Guardian clients get priority scheduling — repairs typically happen within 1–2 business days.
Do Guardian clients pay less for repairs?+
Guardian Plus and Storm Shield clients receive discounted labor rates on all repair work. Guardian Basic clients get priority scheduling at standard rates.
What does storm prep actually include?+
Pre-storm: securing outdoor furniture and equipment, installing shutters or plywood on vulnerable windows, and a walkthrough to identify and address anything that could become a liability. Post-storm: a full property assessment with photos, documentation for insurance, and a prioritized repair list.
Can I add the Property Guardian program to multiple properties?+
